North Coast

It's an excursion I'm very fond of, where you’ll discover magnificent sites along the northern coastline:

DESCRIPTION: Roca Oceánica, nature's sanctuary, a breathtaking view of Valparaiso and the 120-metre-high Concón dunes!

Horcón, a charming fishing village where boats are pulled out of the water by horses. It is particularly popular with Chileans for its empanadas, market and its "wish bridges".

Lunch at Maitencillo, the region's narrowest and longest seaside resort, where the rural atmosphere created by the pine and eucalyptus forests on sandy cliffs blends with beautiful, broad beaches interspersed with numerous pools of calm, crystal-clear water, ideal for swimming, fishing and diving.

The Cachagua-Zapallar coastal walk is a wondrous path built between rocks offering breathtaking views. The path links the seaside resorts of Cachagua and Zapallar - two of the most exclusive of Chile's seaside resorts. Discover the beautiful Las Cujas beach and Penguin Island, a nature reserve as it is home to two varieties of these gentle birds: Humboldt and Magellanic penguins. Yet another great sight to add to your walk.
